  7. Manifest EXPRESS meets the demanding needs of today's shipping departments. The
  8. software prepares carrier approved paperwork for UPS, RPS, USPS, Federal
  9. Express, Airborne, and LTL carriers. Features include tracing, bar-code
  10. scanning, printing address labels with bar codes, COD Tags, BOLs, and eighteen
  11. management reports. Carrier selection can be from down loaded data, rate shop,
  12. or by destination zip code. Menu driven displays and online help guide all
  13. operator actions. There is no preset limit to the number of current or archived
  14. transactions that may be assigned to a carrier or manifest. Data communications
  15. with host computer or network can be realtime or batch mode
  16.  
  17. In addition to the basic Manifest EXPRESS system, there are modules available
  18. that allow the software to interface with in-motion weighing scales, overhead
  19. omni-directional bar-code scanners, and for controlling sortation and conveyor
  20. systems.
